Limitation of liability
You expressly understand and agree that OwnMIDlet.com shall not be liable to you for any punitive,
indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to,
damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if OwnMIDlet.com has
been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
(a) the use or the inability to use the OwnMIDlet.com service;
(b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services;
(c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
(d) statements or conduct of any third party on the OwnMIDlet.com service; or

MIDlets license
OwnMIDlet.com Service creates MIDlets as result. You can't decompile, or modify theses MIDlets (except through special software, which includes (not excludes) additional functions into MIDlets automatically). You are fully responsible for the information content in your MIDlets. MIDlets can be transferred or sold to anyone under your responsibility.
Advertisements
Some of the Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services or other information.
The manner, mode and extent of advertising by OwnMIDlet.com on the Services are subject to change without specific notice to you.
In consideration for OwnMIDlet.com granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that OwnMIDlet.com may place such advertising on the Services.

You understand and agree that OwnMIDlet.com will send you email notifications about your account and website issues, updates, etc. You agree to receive OwnMIDlet.com newsletters (you can unsubscribe from them by using the link in the newsletter).
